  • Is it really possible to offer your products at such a low price? Yes, if your mindset is to give happiness and spread love instead of having big profit, yes it will be possible to offer our products for low price!
  • What about quality? Are you sure the quality would not suffer by offering the products at such low prices? We always prioritize QUALITY over QUANTITY. We have more than three suppliers and one is an award-winning company that operates here in the Philippines. We also conduct a quality-check once we received our products from the supplier. We do not sell items that have defects.
  • How can I cancel an order? You can always cancel your order by sending us an email at support@kpopmega.net or have a chat with us in our live chat.
  • I forgot to add some items in my order, how can I modify my order? As long as the order's status in not yet on transit, you can always cancel it and place a new order or let us modify it for you. Just send us a message (ticket, email, sms or live chat).
  • Can I have multiple orders at a time? Absolutely yes, but we recommend that you place your desired items in one order so you can save on shipping fees!
 
 

PROCESSING

  • How many days will it take before you can process my order? We process orders as soon as we received your payment. Payments thru paypal can be processed within 15 minutes and are shipped the next day if there is available stock. Back Orders are shipped within 3 days. Customized items are shipped immediately after the item has been made.
  • Is there a processing fee? No. But in a very rare case where there is demand in supply or a peak season, we might ask for a processing fee. ‘Request Orders’ also have a processing fee.
  • Why does my order changed from processing to on-hold? This will only happen if you pay thru money remittance. It will be back to processing once you confirmed your order.

SHIPPING

  • How much is the shipping fee? The shipping fee for *Metro Manila is set to 85 pesos and 145 pesos for **Provincial areas. *Deliveries in Metro Manila are delivered to your doorstep. **Deliveries outside Metro Manila should be picked-up by the buyer in the nearest claim station.
  • How long will it take before I receive my order? It will only take up to 3 days for Metro Manila area and up to 10 days for provincial areas and up to 15 days in Mindanao Area.   • Do you offer Refunds? Yes, we offer refunds and returns on our products. It is important to read our Refund & Return Policy before submitting a refund/return request.
  • Is there a fee when returning a product? Unfortunately, yes. You will have to pay for shipping fee when you ask for a return. Regular shipping fee applieS.
  • When will I get my refund? Processing may take 3-14 days depends on your payment method.
    For Cash on Delivery, payments will be sent to M Lhuiller within 48hrs after approval.
    For Paypal payments, approval up to 24hrs and refer to Paypal for their own policy regarding processing your payments.
    For Gcash payments, up to 24hrs after approval.
    For other payments, up to 48hrs after approval.
  • What is MegaPoints? MegaPoints is a rewards system by KPOPMEGA. It's goal is to give back a percentage of your purchase which is much like a cash, you can use it to buy anything in the store. 
  • How can I earn MegaPoints? You can only earn MegaPoints by buying from us, but we will be implementing many ways to earn it in the near future. 
  • Can I convert it to cash? No, MegaPoints can only be used to purchase from our website.
  • Can I buy MegaPoints? No, buying and selling of MegaPoints is strictly prohibited.
